The Western boys tennis team traveled to Jackson Northwest yesterday for another conference matchup. Western came away with a 6-2 victory.

 

First off the court was junior Aidan Carter who jumped ahead with a 6-0 first set and a 4-0 start in the second set before his opponent retired. Next came sophomore Lucas Parrott with a dominating 6-1, 6-1 win. #4 singles junior Jack Spooner battled to a 6-3 first set and cruised in the second set to a 6-0 win. #1 doubles pair of seniors Morgan Devine and Dylan Rogers took the same approach. To secure the win for the panthers, #2 doubles pairing of Jack Mannor and Bailee Porter took care of business 6-1, 6-2. 

 

Western remains undefeated in the conference. They will compete against Milan on Tuesday @ 4:00 p.m. at home!
