Varsity Soccer Defeats Grass Lake

Western high school varsity boys defeated Grass Lake by a score of six to one. The first goal was scored off the chest of Quintin Eva Who later added two more to complete a hat-trick on the night. Josh Graham scored two headers Senior Seth Good scored a nice shot inside the 18 yard box. Josh Graham also tallied two assists. Grass Lake later scored a nice goal off of a free kick.
Coach Bayn had the following to say about the Teams performance “ We did really well moving the ball and playing confidently. The early goal really set us up for a great night. We have three words we try to train and play by: Joy, intensity, and trust - The boys exemplified all three of those words in the way they played tonight.”
