The Western Varsity Volleyball competed against Tecumseh (46-1-1) in the Regional Final game on Thursday. The Panthers took charge in the first set early but struggled to hold their lead at the end, losing a heartbreaker 24-26. The second set, was a back and forth battle but the Panthers couldn’t hold on , losing 20-25.  In the third set, the battle continued but this time the Panthers found themselves victorious in a close game 25-22.  In the fourth set, Tecumseh capitalized on a few mistakes which ended a great season for the Panthers who played well against a top notch team.  Great teamwork, effort and play to the Panthers who left everything on the court! Everyone is so proud of you!  A special shout out and thank you to all of the fans who filled the gym to support the girls! It is greatly appreciated!
