Varsity Girls Basketball Undefeated in I8!

The Panthers hosted Battle Creek Pennfield in another I8 clash. Pennfield stuck with Western early on with their disciplined style. Early offense from the Hensel sisters kept them in the game. However, in the second half, Western tightened the screws defensively and pulled away, only allowing seven second half points. Strong nights offensive from seniors, JJ Lewis and Kaia Bruneel propelled the Panthers to a nice victory.
Western travels to play Class B powerhouse, Detroit Edison on Tuesday night at 6pm
