8th Grade B Girls Basketball Defeats Coldwater

Monday the 8th grade B girls faced Coldwater for the second time this season. The Panthers started a little slow with a 14-4 lead at halftime. The third quarter they decided to dial it up a notch and led 24-7 at the end of the third. The final score was 35-8, another big win for this team.
Aniah Parker led the scoring for the Panthers with 14 points. Phoebe Gin was close behind with 8 points and 3 steals. Ella Hammond had a big game with 4 points and 4 rebounds, while Kennedi Mohr led the team with 7 rebounds and also added 2 points and 2 steals. Bella Nowery hit some timely shots for 4 points. Natlaie Boss. chipped in 3 points, while Josie Zenker played hard on defense for 3 steals. Lucero Orozco and Maliah Glenn came in for some strong minutes grabbing a few rebounds and steals.
The Panthers are now 8-1 and will compete in their last game on Wednesday at BC Pennfield.
